The choice of hiring a bespoke hog or spit roasting machine from one of our operatives is something that many people in the United Kingdom have chosen to do – with much success indeed! Great for a whole host of different parties and functions, the hog and spit roasting machines which we offer for hire to the general public are a great source of fun and laughter, whilst also having the easy capacity to provide people with restaurant smashing food at any time, and in any location they choose. This year, we have been delighted to see that our services have grown further, with our ability to serve more people with great products at any time!
This week signals a great turning point in the year, as the seasonal system of the yearly calendar sides slowly into autumn, with the leaves turning auburn and burnt orange. In terms of our hog and spit roasting machines, we are still as busy as ever, as the great British people know fully well that although the summer is almost over, there is still plenty time for all of us to enjoy each others company to the full by having a great hog roast event!
At the office, we have been celebrating the birthday of one of our most long-standing members of the design team. Back when Tim joined us in the late 1980’s, we were completely taken aback by his out-and-out commitment towards enthusiasm for the job. His initial changes to the machine chassis still exist today, which is a real testament to both his mental attitude and his desire to implement changes instead of merely thinking about them. So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TIM from all of us, and we look forward to seeing you wearing the huge badge that you have been given!
In other news, our company has been refreshed with two new recruits who are already making great progress in the delivery and collection of our machines. As our machines are sent all over the country, the guys have been making full use of their great knowledge of the roads and geography in general.
In general, as time moves imperceptibly forward, the standard of products and goods which surround us increase in quality, strength and durability. In some areas of manufacturing and design, this is not the case. This is embodied and exhibited through the norm of the common quotation that ‘things aren’t built like they used to be.’ Within objects and structures such as steam-powered railway engines, this is almost certainly the case, as, indeed, things used to be built to withstand a huge amounts of stresses and rigour.
Within our hog and spit roasting machines, we form the antithesis to this argument, as our machines display the utmost amount of attributes in the remit of durability. Like steel demons, our machines shrug off the stresses of persistent commercial use. Like water off a ducks back, the machines which roll so surreptitiously off our factory floors combine all the attributes which allow them to be recognized as the market leaders by a huge and significant margin.
Back at our command headquarters and base of operations, we employ a whole host of techniques which ensure that our objectives are met with the highest standards forming the crux and core of our ethos.
This week, our design team has been visiting centres of manufacture throughout England in order to gain large amounts of knowledge in terms of how other firms approach their engineering tasks. We know that the way in which we observe, analyse and implement changes works really well, but our incessant thirst for knowledge has allowed us to continually learn from other. After all, in a world which is full to the brim with exciting ideas and new approaches in many formats, it would be foolish and a shame to let good ideas pass us by. In many respects, it is something that all good manufacturers should do. An example of others adopting this approach lies within Mclaren Automotive company. This engineering company are always looking for new and innovative ways to help them to make massive steps forward in their pursuit of engineering brilliance.
Today has been a day filled with wonderment and delight, particularly for those interested in exquisite engineering. Luckily for us, we are incredibly interested in this arena, as the majority of our workforce is oriented towards the pursuit of engineering perfection within their works and hog and spit roasting creations. Therefore, when the classic car club rolled past our production plant today, they were met with a feast of epic proportions. Combining our gas fittings test with cooking a few ethically and sensitively reared hogs of distinct brilliance, we enticed the car clubs in. once into our loading area, they arranged their cars in such a way that made them exceptionally easy to view, and this is something which helped a great deal. All of the cars and vehicles which were so delightfully arranged within the confines of our yard were old to say the least, yet they had been kept in such wondrous condition by their owners that they exhibited sign s of their original beauty throughout their individual aspects of production. Which was great.
Whilst the men of the classic car club were indulging themselves by eating pork and crispy crackling sandwiches, they took time to look at our range of hog and spit roasting machines which we had, in turn, arranged so that they could be viewed in their various poses. Looking gorgeous and sleek, our machines stood proud and elegant whilst also cooking the roasted pigs. Through this display, many of the members of the classic car club asked detailed questions about the design and very much appreciated our evolutionary design setup. Through our mutual appreciation and understanding of design, the meeting turned out to be a resounding success in more ways than one. Not only was everyone overjoyed at being surrounded by wonderful examples of brilliant engineering, but we also sold a number of our machines to members of the classic car club.
On the whole, a brilliant day, and its always good to see the company’s products being appreciated. In turn, we had a good observation of beautiful and classic cars, which brightened everybody’s day.
The pursuit of hog and spit roasting machines and their perfect design and manufacture is something that our company takes very seriously indeed. It does not mean, however, that we don’t know how to have fun. After all, our machines are ultimately used in the arena of creating fun and lasting memories for all whom use them – so if we don’t embrace the notion of fun and all that is within it, then we cannot make our machines well enough. It is as simple as that.
Thus, with a heavy heart (as we had to leave the production and design plant for a while) we headed off to indulge in some team building exercises. Meeting up with one of our more popular catering customers, we began our foray into the world of fun and laughter by indulging in some lovely hog-roasts. And what a great time we had. Heading up into the lake-district, our hog roast party was full of laughter, as one of our number brought out her guitar to serenade the party well into the evening – with sounds that were ethereal and lovely to the ears of all that were near. The day itself consisted of hill walks and rambles where we all had the chance to get involved in some active team building – one of these scenarios revolved around the crossing of a river. Here, each member of the team had to help the other member get across, and in this way the bonds that tied us together were reinforced in a manner which we knew was fast becoming un-breakable. Through our walk, we each had the chance o regale everyone with tales of exploits that we each as individuals had accomplished. Some people had stories of grandeur and some people had stories which were not so outlandish. The thing we all gained, however, was a deeper understanding of each other, an understanding we all new would benefit us when it came to designing and manufacturing hog and spit roasting machines which were beyond the market leaders by a mile.
This last weekend has seen us out in the field having a good look at our wonderfully crafted machines out in the field. Many of our machines have been out in the catering trade doing what they’re doing best, and it was a real privilege to be out there watching them in action, and even tasting a few of the culinary delights which were getting bequeathed from their awesome underbellies. Out in the sunshine, our machines looked as good as they ever have, and it was also another major plus point to watch just how much intrigue our hog and spit roast machines generated out in the field amongst members of the public. With children as well as various members of the adult public, the gorgeous lines and sensational features of the machines truly made themselves known to many of the adoring public.
With abilities to cook in many different forms of weather, our machines truly excelled in the wet and windy environments which they often found themselves in recently. Whilst not being best for our guests in terms of how well they can enjoy each and every event, the bad weather allowed us to evaluate our machines to an exceptional extent due to the adverse conditions which we found ourselves in.
Whilst on such engagements, we found that our machines have improved in many more ways than we thought possible. The combination of all of our efforts in many aspects of machine design have allowed us much to sing and dance about. Loving being able to both sing and dance, the majority of our staff here at the hub of hog and spit roasting design have really allowed themselves to be caught up in the moment.
With many more assignments to commit to down the long and glorious road of hog ad spit roasting, we left our catering friends to finish their jobs and catering based assignments in peace. Content with the data and knowledge which we retrieved from each and every encounter, we returned to our headquarters very happy indeed.
Hog and spit roast machine manufacture is a place where good ideas should always be listened to. In the same way that a commander on a battlefield may ignore good intelligence to his and his men’s peril, it is the same scenario if a good hog and spit roasting machine manufacturer fails to listen to the design improvements put forward by his or her structural design team. Often, these designers put their heads together in order to formulate brilliant solutions to solve problems which many caterers feel are well worth solving.
As with our previous feature regarding the pneumatic tyre design and the concurrent steering system which plays a vital role, it is often a collection of many small design improvements which can help to create a situation where the caterer can feel absolute confidence within their hog and spit roasting equipment. Without these continual improvements and upgrades which have effectively created the machines as they are today, there would be no way that the lone caterer could conduct himself or herself in the way in which they do today. One example of this in the technology used in the burner units of our machines today, which have been improved and improved over time. Due to our catering customers having masses of confidence within our machine design, once they commit the pig to the glorious turning spit poles, they can then concentrate on other aspects of their service. This means that the lone caterer is so much more effective at any event of their choosing, purely down to the fact that once their meats are roasting happily away, they can take care of salad options and their vegetable options. Once again, our improvements always have the caterer in mind, and through this, have the end customer and consumer in the focus too.
The weekend away in the Welsh mountains is drawing to a close and there has been much discussion and anticipatory excitement in the plant regarding our trip. After looking and observing the detailed and enlightening brochure, our people have begun preparations in earnest. In order to maximize our potential in terms of fun to be had, one of our team mentioned that it would be great to have a classic hog roast based upon the ancient and much loved coal fired units. Though the majority of our catering clients prefer the sheer ease of use of our super-modern and insanely high-tech hog and spit roasting machine units, we here at hogroastmachines don’t mind trawling back into the passages of time in order to re-enact the roasting methods of old. Using our expert knowledge of hog roasting capabilities and scenarios, we will be sourcing our meat from a fresh vendor deep in the mountains and valleys of Wales. The man who owns the famed pig source is Gwyynnthyg, and he is known for supplying exceptional specimens of the pig world. Once our team makes the rendezvous with the pork supplier, we shall then make our way to the final rendezvous point (FRV) where we shall all cook and roast our pig, surrounded by the loving cloak of night. Whilst here, the good times will roll, songs will be sung and wishes shall be granted.
So for the time being, our whole team is cracking on with our new machine products. Where welding occurs, our team commits itself with the same precise perfection which has allowed us to manufacture the finest in hog roasting apparatus the world over!
The intensive practical and industrial practices that occur within the boundaries of our hog and spit roast machine manufacturing plant take a huge toll on the intellectual minds of those whom we employ. Due to many challenges that our minds have to continually tackle, it is exceptionally important that we, as a group, take time to enjoy leisure aspects and other such activities in order to keep our minds sharp. Over time, we have gone on many excursions, often into various interesting sectors such as the karting circuit or to the climbing wall. This weekend, our entire staff will be attempting to summit a mountain in the Welsh mountains in the area of Snowdonia. Although many of us feel the effects of altitude sickness, we know that a good team behind us will allow us to perform to the best of our abilities, and when we need to most.
Our first part of our induction in to the lives of the hill-people is to begin with an intensive orientation course in the foothills of the mountains. Having spoken to our induction guide, Gwyndaf Davies, he states that it is in this crucial period where leaders are forged and where followers emerge. During the initial stages of any orientation campaign, it is crucial that all the members of the group come to some sort of decision as the relative direction in which they will be traveling. During these initial stages, our main group will be split into four scouting parties, all roughly equally split between men and women. The concept of gender equalisation is something that we feel is important, as just within our design and manufacturing approaches, it is the skills of both genders which often makes the greatest team based success.
We just love hiring hog roasting machines out to people. We cannot give them to people quickly enough, as we know that the pleasure which they give to the citizens of the country are significant to say the least. Just this morning, we received a call from Mrs Warburton in Sussex, who had hired a machine from us last weekend. The machine which she had requested had been delivered to her the day after she had made the call to us – as our prompt response set-up is second to none. Delivering our machines with the friendliness which has come to personify the way in which we handle ourselves, our approach towards the brilliantly well engineered world of hog roast machines and their subsequent hiring out is absolutely dedicated to being first class in every way.
On my way to collect one of our larger, commercial hog roasting machines, I had to stop to help an injured fox. The animal was clearly distressed, however, on closer inspection it turned out to be the case that the animals injuries were not as serious as I had thought at first. This was, of course, a very good thing. The fox and I, just for a moment, seemed to have a connection. I believe that in this brief snapshot of time, the two of us exchanged a common goal. Thus, instead of the fox trying to attack me, it knew that I was there o help. Moving it to the side of the road, the fox managed to get a glimpse of our hog roasting machine. In that instant, the fox seemed to forget its troubled leg, and after a good look at the machine and its features, the fox bounded away in what can only be described as a very happy way indeed. And as its bushy tail disappeared into the distance, I thought to myself ‘yes, life is good.’
The weekend has been a whole lot of fun (with prizes to be won), where the whole team went out on a series of team-building exercises in order to further cement our already incredibly tight bonds. As a team, we are like no other, where we all have our individual strengths, yet pull together in ways that allow us to ford un-passable streams and bridge un-crossable chasms.
In truth, such a concerted effort in the field of team-building and everything that falls under the banner of ‘management-speak’ is something that we show a natural disdain towards. For many of us, it is symptomatic of modern society and its over-emphasis on bureaucracy. The fact that people need to do such things irritate us, but when we all wish to have some fun together, then why not do so under the banner of making our team stronger?! For this weekend away, we all decided that trip to the Yorkshire Dales was in order. On this trip, our team would have to learn and master such activities as Archery, Abseiling, Caving and climbing. Each of us having our own speciality, it was vital that we all succeeded in every aspect. This relied on us all working as a team, as with each event (plus many not mentioned) it was going to be the case that some were better than others. Thus, in order to complete each activity with competence, it was imperative that we all help each other out in a seamless fashion. This is very much like the design and manufacture of hog and spit roasting machines within our manufacturing set ups, as each department lends its expertise to the other in order to seamlessly and effectively create the ultimate in hog roasting machine perfection!
